All of our services start with a consultation. This includes a full home walk through, written report of our findings, suggestions, a pre-sale client check list, and an estimate for full-service stage.
This portion is a flat rate of $250. due at time of walk through. This fee will be credited upon YC Design hire.
Occupied Stage
With an occupied stage, the homeowner is still living in the home while on the market. After our consultation, we will use the existing furniture and accessories in the home to make your space photo and show ready.
Vacant Stage
A vacant home is the perfect pallet for YC Designs to come in with furniture and accessories. This is a full stage that does require a deposit and will follow with a monthly rental fee for the duration of the listing. Once the home is sold, we will return to de-stage the space(s) to be ready for the new homeowners to occupy.

Re-Styling
Re-Styling is similar to occupied staging with the exception that the homeowner is not moving, but simply needs to reset and refresh. This can include repainting/wallpaper, purchasing a new area rug and accessories. Existing furniture will be used in most cases.
